ANXI TIE GUAN YIN

Anxi Tie Guan Yin "Iron Goddess of Mercy" is the premium variety of Chinese Wulong-Oolong blue tea that originated in the 19th century of Anxi. The tea is flavoured with natural floral fragrance and has a lingering refreshing aftertaste. The processing of this tea is complex and requires expertise. The leaves are rolled into large jade-green pearls with small chestnut-brown stems. Even if the tea leaf is of the highest quality, if it is not processed correctly, its true character will not be shown.
