Premium "Spring Snail" green tea from Dong Ting lake area and harvested by hand. Bi Luo Chun tea is one of the most prestigious Chinese green teas. The tea is made from the very fine tips of the leaves following a very traditional process. The tender tea leaves are so fine that a pound of dry tea may contain up to seventy thousand leaves. The dry tea leaves have a fine gray-green appearance and a spiral shape covered by the very fine fur of the tender leaves. The depth of the tea is beyond description. In the mouth, the liquor is bitter and velvety with green plant and woody notes.
