ROOIBOS

Rooibos grows in a small area in the region of the Western Cape province of South Africa. It has very low tannin content and contains no caffeine. Rooibos is purported to assist with nervous tension, allergies and digestive problems. Uses of Rooibos in South Africa include alleviating cutaneous affections. The flavour is mild and earthy, with faint mineral tones, a natural mild sweetness and aromatic.
