APPLICATION TIP

Morning and/or evening - apply Velvet Cleansing Milk using your finger tips or a cotton pad and spread the cleansing milk evenly over the face, eyes and neck to allow the milk to absorb all the impurities. Rinse off or remove with a cotton pad moistened with toner.
